摘　　要：在长期革命、建设和改革的实践过程中,中国共产党创造性地发展了马克思主义国家理论,尤其是马克思主义国家职能理论。中国共产党探索国家职能,按照“国家本质—国家职能—政府职能—职能体系”的过程逻辑,依据不同时期党和国家中心工作进行机构设置与调整,进而实现了职能转变,体现了国家阶级统治职能和社会管理职能的分配变迁过程。在此进程中,厘清了国家阶级统治的本质属性与国家的阶级统治职能;在解放发展生产力进程中剥离了政府职能,细化了经济社会管理职能;构建成熟系统的制度体系,依法全面正确履行国家职能;始终坚持“站稳人民立场”履行国家职能;在创新和发展国家对内职能的同时,也积极扩展了国家的对外职能。这是马克思主义国家理论与中国实践相结合,不断创新和发展的当代中国马克思主义国家理论。In the long-term practice of revolution,construction and reform,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has creatively developed Marxist theory of the state,especially the Marxist theory of state functions.According to the process logic of“state essence-state function-government function-function system”,CPC has explored the state function for one hundred years,setting up and adjusting institutions based on the central work of the Party and the State in different periods to realize the transformation of functions.It embodies the distribution and change process of the state’s class ruling functions and social management functions.In this process,the essential attributes and functions of the state’s class rule have been clarified;the function of the government has been stripped in the development of the economy,and the economic and social management functions have been refined;it has established a mature system,fully and correctly performing national functions;it always adheres to“holding the people’s position”to perform state functions;while innovating and developing the country’s internal functions,it has also actively expanded the country’s external functions.CPC’s exploration is an excellent combination of Marxist state theory and Chinese practice and a constant innovation and development of contemporary Chinese Marxist state theory.
