基于数据挖掘探析针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的选穴规律

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖掘的方法探究针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的选穴规律。方法:检索自2010年1月1日-2020年3月1日中文期刊全文数据库系统(CNKI)核心期刊发表的关于针灸治疗糖尿病的相关文献,建立Excel针灸处方数据库,将筛选的针灸处方录入IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0,IBM SPSS Modeler 15.0,采用描述性分析、聚类分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘方法进行分析。结果:针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变选用穴位最多的经脉是膀胱经,使用频次最高的是足三里穴,得出6个穴位聚类群和17个穴位组合。结论:治疗糖尿病周围神经病变多选用膀胱经、脾经、肾经和大肠经上的穴位,以调养气血、活血化瘀为治则。Objective:The data mining was used to analyze the acupoint selection rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:The clinical literatures related to acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and published in core journals were retrieved through searching CNKI from January 1st,2010 to March 1st,2020,then the Excel acupuncture prescription database was established and acupuncture prescriptions were recorded into IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 15.0 and analyzed by descriptive analysis,association rule analysis,clustering analysis and other data mining methods.Results:The most frequently used acupoint was Zusanli(ST 36)and most acupoints were selected from the bladder meridian of Foot-Taiyang;in addition,six acupoint clusters and 17 acupoint combinations were obtained.Conclusion:In the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,acupoints on bladder meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian and large intestine meridian are mostly selected to regulate qi and blood,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.
