摘 要:目的:考察尾叶香茶菜水煎液对实验性牙周炎大鼠的治疗作用。方法:60只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、阳性对照组及实验低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余组均采用钢丝结扎+高糖饮食建立牙周炎动物模型,正常组及模型组不给予药物治疗,阳性对照组灌胃人工牛黄甲硝唑胶囊0.13 g/kg,实验低、中、高剂量组分别灌胃低、中、高剂量尾叶香茶菜水煎液进行治疗,1次/d,持续3周给药。分别检查各组大鼠实验牙的牙龈指数、出血指数、牙齿松动度和菌斑指数4项临床指标。酶联免疫分析测定牙龈组织和血清中1L-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量。结果:与模型组比较,高剂量组牙龈指数、出血指数、牙齿松动度和菌斑指数均明显下降(P<0.01),高、中剂量组的牙龈组织和血清中1L-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:尾叶香茶菜水煎液能够抑制大鼠牙龈组织和血清中炎症因子1L-1β、IL-6、TNF-α释放,减轻牙周组织炎症,减缓牙周组织破坏,且具有浓度依赖性。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of rabdosia excisa decoction on experimental periodontitis in rats.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive control group,low,medium and high dose of rabdosia excisa decoction group,10 rats in each group.In addition to the normal group,the other groups were established periodontitis model by steel wire ligation and high sugar diet.Low,medium and high dose groups were given low,medium and high dose of Rabdosia excisa decoction once a day for three weeks.Gingival index(GI),bleeding index(BI),tooth mobility degree(TMD)and plaque index(PLI)of teeth were examined individually as clinical index.The contents of 1L-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin gingival tissue and serum were determined by ELISA.Results:Compared with the model group,GI,BI,TMD and PLI were all decreased significantly in the high dose group(P<0.01),and the contents of 1L-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin the gingival tissue and serum decreased significantly in the high and medium dose groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Rabdosia excisa decoction can inhibit the release of IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-αin gingival tissue and serum of rats,reduce the inflammation of periodontal tissue,slow down the destruction of periodontal tissue,and this alter has concentration-dependent.
