摘 要:目的:研制雷公藤、苦参二者复配植物源乳油,测定其对黄芪白粉病的抑制活性,为黄芪白粉病的防治提供参考依据。方法:采用回流提取法制备苦参、雷公藤粗提物,按照农药研制的标准,通过选择适当的溶剂和乳化剂,并在室外进行药效实验,研制植物源乳油和确定乳油适宜的稀释浓度。结果:最好的溶剂为二甲基亚砜,溶解度为200 mg/mL;乳化效果较好的乳化剂为OP-10,乳化分散评价级别为三级;苦参-雷公藤浸膏复配效果最好的比例是2∶1,乳油浓度最佳为50%。结论:研究结果可为植物源乳油的研制提供一定的参考依据。Objective:To develop plant-derived emulsifiable concentrate by Sophorae flavescentis and Tripterygii wilfordii,determine its inhibitory activity against Erysiphe pisi of Astragalus membranaceus and provide reference for the control of Erysiphe pisi from Astragalus membranaceus.Methods:Crude extracts of Sophorae flavescentis and Tripterygii wilfordii were prepared by reflux extraction.According to the standard of pesticide development,plant-derived emulsifiable concentrate was developed by choosing proper solvent and emulsifier,and the appropriate dilution concentration was determined by carrying out the efficacy test outdoors.Results:The best solvent was dimethyl sulfoxide and the solubility was 200 mg/mL.The emulsifier with good emulsifying effect was OP-10,and the evaluation level of emulsion dispersion was level 3.The best ratio of Sophorae flavescentis to Tripterygii wilfordii was 2∶1,and the best concentration was 50%.Conclusions:The results can be used as a reference for the development of plant-derived emulsifiable concentrate for the prevention and treatment of Erysiphe pisi from Astragalus membranaceus.
