摘 要:为了研究煤岩组合体中煤厚对其破裂过程声发射特征的影响规律,以神东矿区布尔台煤矿基本顶粉砂岩和煤岩组合体试样为研究对象,采用DS5-8b声发射监测系统对粉砂岩及煤岩组合体破裂过程中的声发射参数进行监测。结果表明:煤岩组合体中煤厚对其破裂过程中的声发射特征有影响,声发射峰值计数与煤厚呈负相关关系,声发射累计计数与煤厚呈正相关关系;与粉砂岩的声发射峰值计数及累计计数相比,煤岩组合体中的煤厚为5,10,15,20 mm时,峰值计数分别降低了50.8%,65.8%,74.4%,79.8%,累计计数分别增大了98.8%,354.2%,374.7%,516.9%;首波峰值信号强度和首波持续时间与煤岩组合体中煤厚均呈正相关关系,而峰前波形持续时间与煤岩组合体中煤厚呈负相关关系。研究成果可为神东矿区冲击地压灾害防治提供前兆信息。In order to study the influence of coal thickness on the acoustic emission(AE)characteristics in the process of fracture,the samples of basic top siltstone and coal-rock combination bodies in Bultai coal mine were taken as the research object.The DS5-8 b acoustic emission monitoring system was used to monitor the acoustic emission parameters during the fracture process of siltstone and coal-rock combination bodies.The results showed that the thickness of coal of the coal-rock combination bodies had an effect on the acoustic emission characteristics during the fracture process.There was a negative correlation between the peak count of AE and the thickness of coal,and a positive correlation between the accumulated count of AE and the thickness of coal.Compared with the acoustic emission peak count and cumulative count of siltstone,when the thickness of coal was 5,10,15,20 mm,the peak count was reduced by 50.8%,65.8%,74.4%and 79.8%respectively,and the cumulative count was increased by 98.8%,354.2%,374.7%and 516.9%respectively.The peak signal intensity and duration time of the first wave were positively correlation with the thickness of coal of the coal-rock combination bodies,while the duration time of the wave before the peak is negatively correlation with the thickness of coal of the coal-rock combination bodies.The research results could provide precursory information for the rockburst disasters in Shendong mining area.
