摘  要:为实现炉底灰的大规模资源化利用,研究机械粉磨、微波辐照和外加剂对炉底灰活性的影响,采用激光粒度分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜等方法对炉底灰及其胶凝试样进行表征,结果表明:随着粉磨时间延长,炉底灰比表面积及体积密度峰值不断增大,粒度分布变窄,水化活性得以提高;微波辐照可大幅提高炉底灰早期活性,但对后期作用较弱;外加剂复掺对炉底灰的激发效果优于单掺,当CaCl_(2)掺量1.5%,三乙醇胺0.03%时,炉底灰-水泥胶凝体系3 d抗压强度大幅增加,相比空白样提高61.5%,胶凝体系水化产物以羟钙石、水化硅铝酸钙和水化氯铝酸钙为主,外加剂的掺入促使更多炉底灰参与水化反应,水化产物中片状的氢氧化钙和棒状水化氯铝酸钙包裹在凝胶中,形成密实整体,提高了试样抗压强度。In order to realize large-scale resource utilization of coal bottom ash, the effects of mechanical grinding, microwave irradiation and chemical reagent addition on the hydration activity of coal bottom ash were investigated in this paper.The bottom ash and its cementitious samples were characterized by laser particle size analysis, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.The results indicated that the specific surface area and bulk density peak of coal bottom ash increased with the extension of grinding time, moreover, the particle size distribution narrowed down and hydration activity improved at the same time.The hydration activity of coal bottom ash in the early stage could be significantly improved though microwave irradiation, while the function of which appeared to be considerably smaller in the later stage.The compound additives had superior activation efficacy on coal bottom ash than that of single admixtures.When the content of CaCl_(2) was 1.5% and triethanolamine was 0.03%,the 3 D compressive strength of coal bottom ash-cement system increased greatly, which was 61.5% higher than that of the blank sample.The main hydration products of bottom ash-cement system were portlandite, calciμm silicate alμminate hydrate and calciμm chloroalμminate hydrate.The addition of admixture promoted more hearth ash to participate in hydration reaction.The flaky calcium hydroxide and rod like hydrated calcium aluminosilicate in the hydrated product were wrapped in the gel to form a dense whole and improved the compressive strength of the sample.
