摘 要:针对现有可穿戴天线SAR值(比吸收率)较高问题,采用传统天线与EBG结构(电磁带隙结构)相结合的方法,使用常见的牛仔布料和毛毡布料分别作为天线介质基板材料和EBG结构基板材料,同时对天线结构和EBG结构的参数逐一进行优化。设计的天线工作频带为2.34~2.76 GHz,完全覆盖了ISM频段2.420 0~2.483 5 GHz(免费频段),同时中心频率2.6 GHz处的S11(回波损耗)值为-33.5 dB,其中-10 dB左右的带宽为0.42 GHz,最后通过HFSS软件建立人体组织模型进行仿真。结果表明,设计的天线结构合理稳定,具有良好的回波损耗性能和较宽的带宽,SAR值由原来的9.6 W/g降至0.48 W/g,大幅降低了天线对人体的辐射。研究结果可用于无线体域网的研究及实际应用。To solve the problem of high SAR value of the existing wearable antennas, the method of combining antenna and EBG structure(electromagnetic band gap structure)was adopted.Common denim fabric and felt fabric were used as antenna dielectric substrate and EBG structure substrate respectively with the antenna and EBG structure parameters being optimized.The antenna operating frequency band designed in this paper was in the range of 2.34~2.76 GHz, completely covering the ISM band 2.420 0~2.483 5 GHz.The S11(Return loss)was-33.5 dB at the center frequency of 2.6 GHz, and the bandwidth of-10 dB was 0.42 GHz.Finally, the human tissue model was established by HFSS software.The simulation results showed that the antenna structure designed in this paper was reasonable and stable with a good S11 performance and a wide bandwidth.Moreover, The SAR value reduced from 9.6 W/g to 0.48 W/g, greatly reducing the radiation value of the antenna to the human body.The research results could be used in the research and practical application of the wireless body area networks.
