摘 要:总结了肝、肠、肺等器官芯片和多器官芯片模型的发展动态,重点介绍了这些芯片模型在药物毒性评估和环境毒理学研究中的芯片设计及具体应用,并讨论了器官芯片在烟草制品风险评估中的已有研究及应用潜力,可为微流控器官芯片应用于烟草制品以及其他环境暴露的体外毒理学研究提供思路。体外毒理学评价是烟草制品健康风险评估的重要部分,器官芯片中生理微环境和生物学功能的模拟对于体外模型的构建意义重大,微流控器官芯片应用于烟草制品的体外毒理学可为烟草相关疾病的机制研究提供创新性的实验平台,实现在微纳尺度上多维度的生命分析。The development of liver,intestine,lung and other organ chips and multi-organ chip models were summarized in this paper.The chip design and specific applications of these chip models in drug toxicity assessment and environmental toxicological evaluations were introduced emphatically,and the existing researches and application potentials of organ chips in the risk assessment of tobacco products were also discussed.This work provides the insights and ideas for the application of microfluidic organ chips in in vitro toxicological studies of tobacco products and other environmental exposures.In vitro toxicology evaluation plays an important role in the health risk assessment of tobacco products,the simulation of the physiological microenvironment and biological function in organ chips is of great significance in the construction of in vitro models.The application of microfluidic organ chips to in vitro toxicology of tobacco products could provide an innovative experimental platform for studying the formation mechanisms of tobacco-related diseases,and realize the multi-dimensional life analysis on the micro and nano scales.
