摘  要:为分析浮盘式自适应流入控制装置(AICD)的控水特性,设计在一定流量下满足稳油控水要求的结构参数,提出一种浮盘式AICD的稳态特性力学表征模型,对不同流量、密度、黏度和结构参数下浮盘式AICD的流量-压力关系进行分析。结果表明:油井常规产液量下,流体流经浮盘式AICD的压差随黏度增大而减小,随密度减小而减小;入口流道半径作为浮盘式AICD稳油控水的关键参数存在一个阈值(2.25 mm),当入口流道半径小于该阈值时控水效果较好;阀盘半径存在着与入口流道半径匹配的最佳值,该值处水相流经浮盘式AICD的压差最大,控水效果最好。To study the water control characteristics of the autonomous inflow control device(AICD)with a floating disc,and to design the structural parameters that meet the requirements of water control at a certain flow rate,a mechanical model on the steady characteristics of the floating disc AICD was proposed.The flow-pressure relationship of the floating disc AICD under different flow rates,densities,viscosities and structural parameters was analyzed.The results show that under the conventional fluid production rate of oil wells,the pressure difference of the fluid flowing through the floating disc AICD decreases with the increase of viscosity and with the decrease of density.The inlet channel radius,as a key parameter for the water control performance of the floating disc AICD,has a threshold value of 2.25 mm.When the value of the inlet channel radius is less than this value,the effect of water control is better.The outer radius of the valve disc has the best value matching the inlet channel radius.By taking this value,the pressure difference of the water flowing through the floating disc AICD is the largest,and the water control effect is the best.
