摘  要:以银氨溶液和溴化钠为反应物,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为修饰剂,明胶为稳定剂在不同反应温度和时间下合成溴化银乳剂;研究反应温度和时间对溴化银纯度、颗粒大小及其形貌的影响,且将溴化银用于表征22MnB5钢表面H原子的分布状态。结果表明:合成的溴化银晶体为面心立方结构,纯度高、结晶效果良好;颗粒尺寸随反应温度的升高而增大,形貌随反应时间的增加逐渐接近球形;反应温度为40℃、反应时间为60 min时,合成的球形溴化银平均颗粒尺寸约252 nm,可清晰地表征板条马氏体中H原子的分布状态。Taking silver ammonia solution and sodium bromide as the reactant,cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide as modifier and gelatin as stabilizer,the silver bromide emulsion was synthesized at different reaction temperatures and times.The effects of reaction temperature and time on the pureness,size and morphology of silver bromide were studied.Subsequently,the silver bromide was used to detect the distribution of hydrogen atom on 22MnB5 steel surface.It is found that the synthesized silver bromide crystal has a face-centered cubic structure with high purity and good crystallization effect.The size of the particles increases with increasing of reaction temperature,and the morphology of the particles is closed to sphere gradually with increasing of reaction time.The average particle size of silver bromide emulsion at 40℃and 60 min is about 252 nm,which can clearly characterize H distribution in lath martensite.
