摘 要:针对水泥混凝土桥面铺装层间结构抗剪性能薄弱的问题,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对调平层和沥青层层间结构受剪性能进行数值模拟,同时考虑双矩形垂直均布荷载及水平荷载的影响,并与桥面铺装结构层间抗剪强度建立关联。结果表明:水泥混凝土桥面铺装层间纵向剪应力对层间合成剪应力影响较大;水平荷载影响下层间合成最大剪应力回归线的斜率大于垂直荷载作用下层间合成最大剪应力回归线的斜率,与垂直荷载相比,水平荷载对铺装结构层间合成最大剪应力的影响更显著;在相同垂直荷载作用下,以SBS改性沥青同步碎石封层为桥面铺装防水黏结层时的层间抗剪强度比以SBS改性沥青为防水黏结层时的大,层间结构更安全。For the problem of weak shear performance of the interlayer structure of cement concrete bridge deck pavement,the shear performances of the leveling layer and asphalt interlayer structure were simulated by ABAQUS finite element software.At the same time,the influences of the vertical uniform load and the horizontal load were considered,and the correlation was established with the interlayer shear strength of bridge deck pavement.The results show that the longitudinal shear stress of cement concrete deck pavement has great influence on the composite shear stress,the slope of the composite maximum shear stress regression line of the interstorey structure under horizontal load is greater than that of the interstorey structure under vertical load,and compared with the vertical load,the horizontal load has more significant effect on the composite maximum shear stress between layers.The interlayer shear strength of SBS modified asphalt synchronous crushed stone sealing layer used as waterproof bond layer for bridge deck pavement is larger than that of SBS modified asphalt under the action of the same vertical load,and the interlayer structure is safer.
