江苏地区临床健康肉羊的产气荚膜梭菌感染分析

摘　　要：为揭示临床健康肉羊的产气荚膜梭菌感染概况,于2018年4—6月选择江苏地区肉羊养殖场30个,采集3~5月龄肉羊肛拭子样品892份。所有样品接种至梭菌增菌液,于厌氧条件下增菌培养后,以PCR进行产气荚膜梭菌的检测,并对部分检测为产气荚膜梭菌阳性的样品进行细菌分离。结果表明:175份(19.62%)肛拭子样品为产气荚膜梭菌阳性,提示临床健康肉羊的消化道可携带产气荚膜梭菌。数据分析表明,3、4、5月龄羊差异不显著,免疫羊与未免疫羊差异不显著。通过对分离的68株产气荚膜梭菌进行α、β、ε和ι毒素基因检测,确定了其中43株(63.24%)为A型产气荚膜梭菌,25株(36.76%)为D型产气荚膜梭菌,提示A、D型是江苏地区肉羊感染的主要产气荚膜梭菌类型。To investigate the infection of Clostridium perfringens in clinical healthy meat sheep, 892 anal swab samples were collected from 30 meat sheep farms in Jiangsu province from April to June, 2018. Animal ages from 3 to 5 months old. Following all the samples were inoculated in sporulation broth and cultured under anaerobic conditions, PCR and bacterial isolation were performed to test the C.perfringens. The results showed that 175 samples(19.62%) were positive for C.perfringens, and suggested that the digestive tract of clinical healthy meat sheep can carry C.perfringens. Further analysis of the data showed no significant difference between 3 months, 4 months and 5 months old sheep, and no difference between immune sheep and non-immune ones. 68 C.perfringens isolates were obtained from partial positive samples. To determine the type of C.perfringens, all the bacterial isolates were tested for α, β, ε and ι toxin genes by PCR. The data showed that 43 C.perfringens isolates(63.24%) were type A, while 25(36.76%) were type D. The results suggest that A and D types are the main C.perfringens types in sheep in Jiangsu province.
