摘 要:IP视频会议系统具有不依赖专用网络、使用便捷和部署灵活等特点,而这些特点引发的针对不同网络的视频自适应传输技术成为目前研究热点。通过构建典型三级复杂网络环境,围绕视频自适应传输业务需求,设计了IP视频会议系统及其角色分工,并对视音频业务规划、多层动态编码、信道自适应和视频分层转发等技术进行了研究,从系统体系角度为IP视频会议系统设计和应用提供参考。IP video conference system has the characteristics of independent of private network,easy to use and flexible to deploy,and these characteristics have led to the adaptive video transmission tech⁃nology for different networks become the hot spots.By building a typical three⁃level complex network environment,based on the video adaptive transmission business requirements,IP video conference system and its division of roles are designed,and the technology of the video⁃audio business planning,the multilayer dynamic coding,the channel adaptive and the video convey are studied,thus can pro⁃vide a reference for the design and application of IP video conferencing system from the perspective of system architecture.
