复杂先心病双向Glenn术后患者剖宫产手术1例

摘　　要：该短文汇报的是1例复杂先心病双向Glenn术后患者行剖宫产手术的病例。患者基本状态差,麻醉分级Ⅲ级,在连续硬膜外麻醉下手术,剖出一名婴儿,新生儿评分9分;术中通过采取腹部加压措施、液体容量及血管活性药物调节,患者生命体征相对较为平稳,手术顺利;本文麻醉案例可以为临床工作中的罕见案例提供一点参考。This short article is a case report of cesarean section,the patient has had complex congenital heart disease after bidirectional Glenn operative before.This patient’s basic physical condition is poor,with anesthesia classificationⅢ.The operation is performed under continuous epidural anesthesia,and successfully dissected a baby.Apgar score of the baby is nine.We have to ke abdominal compression measures,liquid capacity and vasoactive drug regulation during operation.The patient’s vital signs are relatively stable.The operation end smoothly.This anesthesia case can provide some references for rare metical records in clinical work.
