摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)神经病变患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平表达及其临床意义。方法选取90例T2DM神经病变患者作为观察组,另选取同期收治的60例T2DM患者作为对照组,比较两组血清Hcy水平、生化指标及血糖,并分析危险因素。结果观察组HDL-C水平低于对照组,HbA1c、Hcy水平高于对照组(P<0.05);Logistic显示,病程、HDL-C、HbA1c及Hcy水平是糖尿病患者并发神经病变的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论病程越长、HDL-C水平降低、H bA1c和Hcy水平升高是T2DM患者神经病变发生的主要危险因素。Objective To analyze the expression of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and its clinical significance in patients with neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 90 patients with T2DM neuropathy were selected as the observation group,and 60 patients with T2DM admitted in the same period were selected as the control group.Serum Hcy level,biochemical indexes and blood glucose were compared between the two groups,and risk factors were analyzed.Results The levels of HDL-C and HbA1c and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Logistic showed that the course of disease,HDL-C,HbA1c and Hcy levels were independent risk factors for neuropathy in diabetic patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The longer course of disease,the lower HDL-C level,and the higher HbAlc and Hcy levels are the main risk factors for neuropathy in T2DM patients.
