高压氧疗法联合耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、盐酸利多卡因治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨用高压氧疗法联合耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、盐酸利多卡因法治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法:选取揭阳市人民医院在2019年2月至2021年3月期间收治的60例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象。采用随机数表法将其等分为对照组和观察组。采用耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合盐酸利多卡因法对两组患者进行治疗。在此基础上,采用高压氧疗法对观察组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、纯音听阈值及血清炎性因子的水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者平均的纯音听阈值、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的平均水平相比,P>0.05。治疗1个月后,两组患者平均的纯音听阈值、血清TNF-α及IL-6的平均水平均低于治疗前,其中观察组患者平均的纯音听阈值、血清TNF-α及IL-6的平均水平均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:采用高压氧疗法联合耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、盐酸利多卡因法治疗突发性耳聋的效果确切,可改善患者的纯音听阈值,减轻其机体的炎症反应。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with post-auricular injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate and lidocaine hydrochloride in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:A total of 60 patients with sudden deafness admitted to Jieyang People’s Hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were equally divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.Two groups of patients were treated by injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate combined with lidocaine hydrochloride.On this basis,the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.After treatment,clinical efficacy,pure tone threshold and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,the mean pure tone threshold,the mean level of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum of 2 groups were compared,P>0.05.After 1 month of treatment,the mean pure tone threshold,the mean level of TNF-αand IL-6 in 2 groups were lower than before,and the mean pure tone threshold,the mean level of TNF-αand IL-6 in observation group were lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with post-auricular injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate and lidocaine hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of sudden deafness,which can improve the pure tone threshold of patients and reduce the inflammatory response of the body.
