摘　　要：清代名医黄元御著有《四圣心源》,其提出的“一气周流,土枢四象”理论对后世产生了深远的影响。笔者通过研读其著作,将其理论运用于男性不育症的治疗中,建立了男性不育症“首重中气、兼及四维”的治疗方法,并取得了较好的疗效。本文在此浅谈用基于“一气周流,土枢四象”理论的中医疗法治疗男性不育症的效果。Huang Yuanyu,a famous doctor in qing Dynasty,wrote four Sacred Heart Sources.His theory of“One qi circulating,four images of soil mature”had a profound influence on later generations.Through reading his works,the author applied his theory to the treatment of male infertility,and established the treatment method of male infertility,“focusing on the middle qi and combining the four dimensions”,and achieved good curative effect.This paper discusses the effect of treating male infertility with traditional Chinese medicine therapy based on the theory of“one qi circulating and four images of soil pivot”.
