摘  要:目的分析张家港市饮用水中三卤甲烷的含量,评价其对人体的健康风险。方法2020年按照张家港市人口分布密度程度和市政管网分布,设置监测点采集出厂水、末梢水和二次供水进行采样检测分析,采用健康风险评价方法进行评价。结果张家港市4种三卤甲烷浓度关系表现为三氯甲烷>二氯一溴甲烷>一氯二溴甲烷>三溴甲烷。4种三卤甲烷浓度均符合GB 5749—2006《生活饮用水标准》的要求,合格率为100%。居民经饮水途径非致癌风险为0.11~0.41,处于可接受范围。居民经饮水途径致癌总风险为(1.85~6.55)×10^(-5),位于10^(-4)~10^(-6)之间,存在致癌风险,三卤甲烷的健康风险以三氯甲烷为主。结论张家港市生活饮用水中三卤甲烷存在一定的健康风险,但在可以接受范围内。Objective To analyze the content of trihalomethanes in drinking water in Zhangjiagang City,assess their health risks to human.Methods In 2020,the monitoring points were set up according to population density and municipal pipe network distribution of Zhangjiagang City,to collect the samples of factory water,terminal water and secondary water supply for detection and analysis,and were evaluated by health risk assessment method.Results The concentration relationships of the four THMs in Zhangjiagang City were as follows:chloroform>dibromochloromethane>bromodichloromethane>tribromomethane.All of the concentrations of the above four THMs met the requirements of GB 5749-2006 Drinking water sanitary standard,and the standard compliance rate was 100%.The non-carcinogenic risk through drinking water was 0.11-0.41,which was in the acceptable range.The total carcinogenic risk through drinking water was(1.85-6.55)×10^(-5),which is between 10^(-4) and 10^(-6),and there was carcinogenic risk.The health risk of THMs was mainly chloroform.Conclusion There are certain health risks of THMs in drinking water in Zhangjiagang City,but it is in acceptable range.
