摘　　要：目的调查驻疆基层消化性溃疡官兵健康促进生活方式与电子健康素养的关系。方法2019年1月—2020年9月,选取新疆军区总医院消化内科诊治的基层消化性溃疡官兵227例为调查对象。采用健康促进生活方式量表和电子健康素养量表进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果驻疆基层消化性溃疡官兵健康促进生活方式、电子健康素养得分分别为97.82±15.71、18.18±4.23。性别、民族、年龄、教育程度、军龄、病程、获得性反馈、搜索健康信息频次及关注健康公众号数均对消化性溃疡患者健康促进生活方式有显著影响(均P<0.05)。电子健康素养是驻疆基层消化性溃疡官兵健康促进生活方式的重要影响因素(β=0.747,P<0.01)。结论驻疆基层消化性溃疡官兵健康促进生活方式受诸多方面影响,提高电子健康素养将有助于提高消化性溃疡官兵健康促进生活方式水平。Objective To investigate the relationship between health promoting lifestyle and eHealth literacy in grass-roots level officers and soldiers with peptic ulcer of Xinjiang.Methods From January 2019 to September 2020,227 officers and soldiers with peptic ulcer in gastroenterology department of Xinjiang Military General Hospital were selected as the subjects,who were investigated by the rating scale of health promoting lifestyle and eHealth literacy scale.And the data were analyzed.Results The score of health promoting lifestyle and eHealth literacy of grass-roots level officers and soldiers with peptic ulcer of Xinjiang was97.82±15.71 and 18.18±4.23 respectively.Gender,nationality,age,education level,length of military service,course of the disease,acquired feedback,frequency of searching health information and number of following WeChat health official accounts had significant effects on the health promoting lifestyle of patients with peptic ulcer(all P<0.05).The eHealth was the important influencing factor of health promoting lifestyle of grass-roots level officers and soldiers with peptic ulcer(β=0.747,P<0.01).Conclusion The grass-roots level officers and soldiers with peptic ulcer in Xinjiang is influenced by many aspects,and improving the eHealth literacy will help to improve health promoting lifestyle of officers and soldiers with peptic ulcer.
