摘　　要：目的了解上海市松江区青少年学生尝试卷烟及电子烟的现状和影响因素,为青少年控烟工作的实施提供方向和思路。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样,于2019年9月在上海市松江区的3所初中、2所高中和1所职高中抽取583人进行问卷调查。结果上海市松江区青少年学生卷烟尝试使用率为12.01%,电子烟尝试使用率为7.55%,两者均随年龄的增加而上升。多因素非条件logstic回归分析显示,性别、每周零花钱、母亲吸烟、好友吸烟以及吸烟是否有吸引力的认知是学生尝试卷烟与否的影响因素(均P<0.05)。好友吸烟、老师吸烟、吸烟是否有吸引力的认知以及社交场合吸烟是否让人舒服的认知是学生尝试电子烟与否的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论上海市松江区青少年尝试卷烟及电子烟受吸烟认知水平及周围环境的影响。建议重点关注对吸烟认知水平不高的高年级学生,加大对电子烟的管控力度,联合学校、家庭和社区,为青少年创建无烟环境,帮助青少年学生培养健康行为。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of adolescent students trying cigarettes and e-cigarettes in Songjiang District of Shanghai,provide directions and ideas for the implementation of youth tobacco control.Methods Multistage stratified random cluster sampling was used to collect 583 students from three junior high schools,two senior high schools and one vocational high school in Songjiang District of Shanghai in September 2019 for the questionnaire survey.Results The rate of trying cigarettes among adolescent students in Songjiang District of Shanghai was 12.01%,and the rate of trying e-cigarette was 7.55%,both of them increased with age.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that gender,weekly pocket money,mother smoking,friend smoking,and perception of smoking attractiveness were the influencing factors of whether students try cigarettes(all P<0.05).Friends smoking,teacher smoking,perceptions of whether smoking is attractive,and perceptions of whether smoking is comfortable in social situations were factors that influence whether students try e-cigarettes(all P<0.05).Conclusion Adolescent students in Songjiang District of Shanghai who try cigarettes and e-cigarettes are affected by their awareness of smoking and the surrounding environment.It is recommended to focus on senior students with lower awareness of smoking,and increase the control of e-cigarettes.Schools,families and communities need to be united to create a smoke-free environment for adolescent and help adolescent students develop healthy behaviors.
