摘 要:目的了解2005—2019年沧州市突发公共卫生事件流行特征,为更好地制定防控策略提供依据。方法在"突发公共卫生管理信息系统"中将2005—2019年沧州市所有突发公共卫生事件导出分类整理,采用描述流行病学方法对数据进行统计分析。结果2005—2019年共报告138起突发公共卫生事件,累计发病1900人,波及111511人,死亡35人,罹患率1.70%。其中未分级事件76起,占55.07%;一般事件56起,占40.58%;较大事件6起,占4.35%;无重大和特别重大事件。发病高峰主要集中在5—6月、9月和12—次年2月。农村发病高于城镇,学校及托幼机构是呼吸道传染病高发场所。不同地区及学校类型间突发公共卫生事件罹患率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01),其中农村最高,为10.66%,托幼机构(7.27%)高于小学(5.88%)和中学(2.62%)。预警信息系统探测到突发公共卫生事件3起,预警灵敏度2.17%。结论沧州市突发公共卫生事件以呼吸道传染病为主,呈季节高发,学校为突发公共卫生事件高发场所。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Cangzhou City from 2005-2019,provide the basis for better formulation of prevention and control strategies.Methods All public health emergencies in Cangzhou City from 2005-2019 were collected from the"information system for public health emergency management",and the data were statistically analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 138 public health emergencies were reported during 2005-2019,including 1900 patients and 35 death cases,involving 111511 people,and the attack rate was1.70%.There were 76 unclassified events,accounting for 55.07%,56 general events,accounting for 40.58%,6 major events,accounting for 4.35%,and no serious or particularly serious events were reported.The peaks of incidence appeared May to June,September,December to February of the following year.The incidence in rural areas were higher than that in urban areas.The schools and nursery institutions were the high-incidence places for respiratory infectious diseases.There were statistically significant differences in the attack rate of public health emergency among different regions and school type(all P<0.01).The attack rate in rural areas was the highest(10.66%).The attack rate in nursery institutions(7.27%)was higher than that in primary schools(5.88%)and secondary schools(2.62%).The early warning information system detected 3 public health emergencies,with a warning sensitivity of 2.17%.Conclusion The public health emergencies in Cangzhou City are mainly respiratory infectious diseases,showing seasonal high incidence,and the schools are the high-incidence places for public health emergencies.
