摘  要:目的探讨八段锦联合吸气肌力量训练对老年尘肺患者运动耐力和生活质量的影响。方法采用随机数表法对2018年1月-2020年1月在北京市大兴区人民医院收治的68例老年尘肺患者分成对照组及干预组开展研究。2组均接受常规治疗及护理干预,干预组在此基础上开展八段锦联合吸气肌力量训练。观察和比较2组患者肺功能相关指标与血氧饱和度、运动耐力与呼吸困难评分及生活质量的变化。结果干预后,干预组最大通气能力(MVV)、第1 s用力呼气量占用力肺活量的比率(FEV1/FVC)及血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))指标分别为(2.20±0.80)L、(65.12±10.55)L/min、(75.60±12.52)%和(97.88±15.02)%,对照组依次为(1.76±0.67)L、(60.25±8.80)L/min、(79.88±10.64)%和(90.87±12.50)%。观察组肺功能相关指标及SpO_(2)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组6 min步行距离测试(6 MWT)明显高于对照组[(438.12±120.08)vs(366.78±108.47)m,P<0.05]。干预组Brog评分低于对照组[(2.55±0.54)vs(3.20±0.89),P<0.05]。干预组圣·乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)量表中的社会适应、心理健康、躯体症状及生活能力均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论在为老年尘肺患者提供常规治疗及护理干预过程中,实施八段锦联合吸气肌力量训练能促进肺功能的恢复,缓解呼吸困难症状,提升患者运动耐力,对提升患者远期生活质量具有重要意义,临床研究价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of Baduanjin combined with inspiratory muscle strength training on exercise endurance and quality of life of elderly patients with pneumoconiosis.Methods A random number table method was used to divide 68 elderly patients with pneumoconiosis admitted to the People’s Hospital of Daxing District in Beijing from January 2018 to January2020 into a control group and a study group for research.Both groups received conventional treatment and nursing intervention,and the research group carried out Baduanjin combined inspiratory muscle strength training on this basis.The changes in lung function-related indicators and blood oxygen saturation,exercise endurance and dyspnea scores,and quality of life between the two groups were observed and compared.Results After intervention,The maximum voluntary capacity(MVV),ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC)and oxygen saturation of blood(SpO_(2))of the intervention group was(2.20±0.80)L,(65.12±10.55)L/min,(75.60±12.52)%and(97.88±15.02)%,respectively,while those in the control group was(1.76±0.67)L,(60.25±8.80)L/min,(79.88±10.64)%and(90.87±12.50)%,respectively.The pulmonary functionrelated indexes and SpO_(2)levels of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The 6 min walking distance test(6 MWT)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(438.12±120.08)vs(366.78±108.47)m,P<0.05)].The Brog score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group[(2.55±0.54)vs(3.20±0.89),P<0.05].The social adaptation,mental health,physical symptoms and living ability of the St George’s respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)in the intervention group were all higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of providing routine treatment and nursing intervention for elderly patients with pneumoconiosis,the implementation of Baduanjin combined with inspiratory muscle strength training can promote the re
