摘 要:在GIS技术支持下,以滑坡灾害频发的泸水市为例,以收集到的235起滑坡灾害点资料为基础,结合确定性系数模型和财产、人口易损性评价模型以及风险性评价模型,对泸水市进行滑坡灾害风险性评价和分区.结果表明,在西南高山峡谷坡度较大的区域,植被覆盖度越大,越易导致滑坡灾害的发生.泸水市滑坡灾害极高和高风险区主要分布在泸水市南部以及河流两岸、道路沿线和人类活动较为集中的区域,其中六库镇极高风险区面积最大,其次为上江镇和古登乡.极高、高、中、低风险区的面积分别为437.28,1237.61,736.89,676.62 km^(2),其中极高和高危险区占总面积的54.23%,泸水市滑坡灾害风险程度较高.综合考虑泸水市滑坡灾害的发育特点和社会经济发展状况,提出针对不同风险等级区的防治和管理措施.With the support of GIS technology,this paper takes Lushui City,where landslide disasters occur frequently,as an example.Based on the collected data of 235 landslide disaster points,it combines the deterministic coefficient model and the property,population vulnerability assessment model and risk assessment model.The model is used to evaluate the risk of landslide disasters and zoning of Lushui City.The results showed that in areas with large slopes in southwestern alpine valleys,the greater the vegetation coverage,the easier it is to cause landslide disasters.The extremely high-risk and high-risk areas are mainly distributed in the southern part of Lushui City and on both sides of rivers,along roads and areas with strong human activities.Among them,Liuku Town has the largest high-risk area,followed by Shangjiang Town and Gudeng Township.The areas of extremely high,high,medium and low risk areas are 437.28,1237.61,736.89 and 676.62 km^(2),of which the extremely high and high-risk areas account for 54.23%of the total area,and the degree of landslide disaster risk in Lushui City is higher.Comprehensively consider the development characteristics and social and economic development status of landslide disasters in Lushui City,and some prevention and management measures for areas with different risk levels is proposed.
