摘　　要：肿瘤坏死因子α诱导蛋白8(TNFAIP8/TIPE)家族是由肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)诱导产生的一组蛋白质,包括TIPE、TIPE1、TIPE2和TIPE3,主要参与免疫稳态的调节过程。TNFAIP8蛋白家族成员的异常表达参与了多种肿瘤的发生、侵袭、转移、细胞周期异常和细胞凋亡的进程。本文综述了TNFAIP8家族基因的表达及其在肿瘤发生、发展和维持中的生物学作用。Tumor necrosis factor alpha induced protein 8(TNFAIP8/TIPE)family is a group of proteins induced by tumor ne-crosis factorα(TNF-α).This family members including TIPE,TIPE1,TIPE2 and TIPE3 mainly involved in the process of immune homeostasis.The abnormal expression of TNFAIP8 proteins plays an important role in the occurrence,invasion,metastasis,cell cycle and apoptosis of tumors.Therefore,this article reviews the expression of TNFAIP8 family genes and their biologic roles in tumorigene-sis,development and maintenance.
