摘 要:以单级CO_(2)两级节流制冷系统为基础,为解决一级节流产生的闪发气体对系统的不利影响,对一级节流产生的闪发气体分别采用直接节流、并行压缩与引射循环3种处理方式进行优化,然后借助压-焓图进行热力学分析并对比。结果表明:在相同工况和同等制冷量的前提下加装引射器优化的制冷系统功耗最小,并行压缩次之;制冷工况确定后,制冷系统理论COP取决于一级节流后的干度值、饱和液体和饱和气体的焓值。Based on the single stage CO_(2) refrigeration system with two stage throttling,in order to solve the adverse effect of flash gas generated by first-stage throttling on the system,three processing methods,which are direct throttling,parallel compression and ejection cycle,are adopted respectively to optimize the system.Then the thermodynamic analysis and comparison are carried out with the help of pressure-enthalpy diagram.The results show that the power consumption of the system optimized with injector is the least under the same working condition and the same refrigeration capacity,followed by the parallel compression;when the refrigeration condition is determined,the theoretical COP of the refrigeration system depends on the dryness value,the enthalpy values of the saturated liquid and the saturated gas after the first-stage throttling.
