摘 要:针对冷藏车冷藏储运过程中冷量需求大、油耗高等应用现状,提出利用冷藏车发动机排气余热的节能型制冷系统,即排气余热驱动型有机朗肯循环与蒸气压缩循环耦合的制冷系统。根据热力学定律,建立系统循环效率分析数学模型,采用Matlab和Refprop软件,研究并确定耦合系统的工质,并制造样机进行测试。结果表明:通过回收冷藏车发动机排气余热,在蒸发温度为-20~0℃时,系统能够为冷藏车提供1.31~2.21 kW的冷量,满足该型号冷藏车的制冷量要求。According to the application status of large cooling amount and high fuel consumption for the refrigerated vehicle in refrigerated storage and transportation,a set of organic Rankine cycle coupled vapor compression refrigeration system is put forward,which is an energysaving refrigeration system through recovering the engine exhaust waste heat.The mathematical model is established to analyze the cycle efficiency based on the laws of thermodynamics,and Matlab and Refprop softwares are used to study and determine the optimal working medium of the coupled system.Besides,a prototype is built to conduct tests.The results show that through recovering the engine exhaust waste heat of the refrigerated vehicle,the cooling capacity of 1.31-2.21 kW can be gained for the refrigerated vehicle when the evaporating temperature in the system is set from-20℃to 0℃,which meets the cooling capacity requirement of the refrigerated vehicle.
