摘 要:海上起重作业环境恶劣,大风和涌浪较为常见,在起重作业过程中时常会出现起重机钢丝绳跳槽现象。钢丝绳跳槽的发生,会引起钢丝绳、滑轮及滑轮轴报废,严重时会产生滑轮碎块及断绳坠落造成人员伤亡和设备损坏等重大吊装事故。针对海上起重机钢丝绳跳槽问题,从人员操作和设备缺陷2方面原因进行分析,重点介绍了动态卸船作业中防止钢丝绳跳槽的操作技巧和应对措施,在此基础上提出创新改造滑轮防跳槽装置,并加装视频监控系统,从而有效防止钢丝绳跳槽事故的发生。The offshore lifting environment is harsh,and strong winds and swells are common.Crane rope skipping often occurs during the lifting operation.The occurrence of wire rope skipping will cause the wire rope,pulley and pulley shaft to be scrapped,and severely cause serious hoisting accidents such as pulley fragments and broken rope falling,causing casualties and equipment damage.Aiming at the problem of offshore crane wire rope skipping,this paper analyzes the causes of personnel operation and equipment defects.The operation skills and countermeasures for preventing steel wire rope from skipping slots in dynamic ship unloading operations are mainly introduced.It is proposed to innovate and transform the pulley anti-skipping device,and install a video monitoring system,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of wire rope skipping accidents.
