媒体融合背景下江苏省科技学术期刊数字出版盈利模式研究

摘　　要：江苏省是我国科技期刊出版大省,科技期刊数量居全国第三位。近年来,江苏省科技学术期刊在学术质量、精品建设等方面均保持在较高的水平,并且稳步提升,呈现良好的发展态势。但是在如今媒体融合的大背景下,传统纸媒日渐萎缩,期刊的数字出版日益受到重视。以江苏省通过原国家新闻出版广电总局第一批和第二批学术期刊认定的218家科技学术期刊为调研对象,采用问卷调查、文献研究和网络调查相结合的方法,针对其数字出版方式和盈利模式进行了调研分析,发现江苏省科技学术期刊均不同程度地采用了不同的数字出版方式,同时发现整体上数字出版盈利状况不佳、盈利模式不够完善、数字化建设资金投入不足、数字出版编辑人才力量薄弱等问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期为江苏省科技学术期刊的高质量发展做出贡献。Jiangsu Province is one of the largest publishing provinces of sci-tech periodicals in China,and its number of sci-tech periodicals ranks third in China.In recent years,the sci-tech periodicals in Jiangsu Province have maintained a high level in such aspects of academic quality,competitive brand construction etc.,and keep steadily improving,showing a good trend of development.However,under the background of media convergence,since traditional paper media is shrinking,the digital publishing of periodicals is attracting more and more attention.Therefore,taking the first and second batches of 218 academic periodicals identified by the former National Administration of Press,Publication,Radio and Television as the investigation object,this paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,literature research and network survey to investigate and analyze their digital publishing ways and the profit modes.It is found that the sci-tech academic periodicals in Jiangsu Province adopt different digital publishing ways to different extent,but there exist some problems.For example,the whole digital publishing profit situation is not good,the profit modes are not perfect,the digital construction fund is insufficient,the digital publishing editors’strength is weak.Based on the above,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to make a contribution to the high-quality development of sci-tech academic periodicals in Jiangsu Province.
