摘　　要：本文以新冠肺炎疫情为背景,提出银行业支付清算领域建立应急管理体系的重要性,以业务连续性管理为视角,充分运用新的金融科技手段,建立和优化应急管理体系的思路,为防范重大突发事件提供解决策略。本文从宏观、中观、微观的角度,对银行业支付清算领域的应急管理体系前景进行分析和展望,提出将银行业支付清算领域突发事件应急管理常态化、制度化、信息化的发展路径。Based on the novel corona-virus pneumonia epidemic situation,this paper puts forward the importance of establishing an emergency management system in the field of payment and settlement in banking industry.Proceeding from business continuity management and making full use of new financial technology segments,the paper puts forward the idea of establishing and optimizing the emergency management system in order to provide solutions to prevent major emergencies.Finally,from the macro,meso and micro perspectives,this paper analyzes and prospects the prospect of emergency management system in the field of banking payment and clearing,and puts forward the development path of normalization,institutionalization and informatization of emergency management in the field of banking payment and clearing.
