摘　　要：经济社会的发展与变革必然催生法律制度的进一步更新与完善,同时影响着国家治理方式的转变。在当前形势下,工会等社会中间层主体已然成为经济发展过程中的重要主体,更是国家治理主体中的重要组成部分。然而,在经济法领域,工会等社会中间层主体的经济法地位未能得到广泛认同。社会中间层主体所享有的经济法权及所应承担的经济法义务亦没有得到确认。为此,我国在加快构建社会团体规范体系的同时,应当加大对社会中间层主体经济法权的保障力度,引导其正确参与到经济活动中,促使其积极履行经济法义务,有效发挥社会中间层主体的作用,提升社会治理效能,推进社会主义现代化国家建设。The development of economic and social development is inevitably giving further update and improvement in the legal system,which also affects the transformation of national governance.Under the current situation,social intermediates such as trade unions have become an important part of economic development and are an important part of the national governance entity.However,in the field of economic law,the economic law status of social intermediates such as trade unions failed to obtain extensive recognition.The rights and obligations of the economic law of social intermediates have not been confirmed.To this end,while accelerating the establishment of social group norms,our country should increase the protection of the economic law rights of the social intermediaries,guiding it to correctly participate in economic activities,and prompting it to actively fulfilling economic law obligations,effectively playing the role of the intermediaries of the society,enhancing the effectiveness of its social governance and promoting the construction of socialist modernization.
