摘  要:研究RbCl非对称高斯受限势量子阱中强耦合极化子的性质,在阱的生长方向存在非对称高斯受限势,各向异性抛物受限势的方向与量子阱的生长方向垂直,研究强耦合极化子的性质.导出了非对称高斯受限势量子阱中强耦合极化子的振动频率和平均声子数.讨论了非对称高斯受限势量子阱中强耦合极化子的平均声子数随x方向和y方向各向异性抛物受限势的受限强度ωx和ωy以及高斯势阱的范围R和势阱的高度V0的函数关系.数值计算结果展示,非对称高斯受限势量子阱中强耦合极化子的平均声子数是势阱的高度V0的增函数,而它是高斯势阱的范围R的减函数,极化子的平均声子数随着x方向和y方向的受限强度的增加而增大.We investigate the properties of the strong-coupling polaron in a RbCl asymmetrical Gaussian confinement potential quantum well with an asymmetrical Gaussian confinement potential in the QW’s growth direction and with the direction of anisotropic parabolic confinement potential perpendicular to the growth direction of the quantum well.The vibrational frequency and mean phonon number of the strong-coupling polaron in asymmetrical Gaussian confinement potential quantum well are derived.The mean phonon number of the strong-coupling polaron in asymmetrical Gaussian confinement potential quantum well is discussed as function of the confinement strengthsωx andωy of an anisotropic parabolic confinement potential in the x and y directions as well as the height V0 and the range R of the asymmetrical Gaussian potential well.The numerical calculation results indicate that the mean phonon number of the strong-coupling polaron in asymmetrical Gaussian confinement potential quantum well is increasing function of the height V0 of the potential well,and it is a decreasing function of the range R of the Gaussian confinement potential well.The mean phonon number of the polaron increases with the increasing of the confinement strengths in x and y directions.
