泡囊草氯仿提取物中3个二苯乙烷类化合物的分离鉴定

摘　　要：目的:分离鉴定泡囊草中二苯乙烷类化合物.方法:采用经典硅胶柱色谱和反相制备HPLC法对泡囊草氯仿提取物进行分离,通过其核磁共振数据分析确定了化合物结构式.结果:从泡囊草氯仿提取物中分离得到3个二苯乙烷类化合物,分别为1-(3-羟基苯基)-2-(5-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)乙烷(1)、1-(3-羟基苯基)-2-(3,5-二甲氧基苯基)乙烷(2)和1-(3-羟基苯基)-2-(3,5-二羟基苯基)乙烷(3).结论:3个化合物均为泡囊草中首次分离得到.Objective:To isolate and identify diphenylethane compounds from chloroform extracts of Physochlaina physaloides.Methods:The chloroform extracts of Physochlaina physaloides were separated by silica gel column chromatography and reversed phase preparative HPLC,and its structure formula was determined by NMR data analysis.Results:Three kinds of diphenylethane compound,namely 1-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(5-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)ethane(1),1-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)ethane(2)and 1-(3-hydroxyphenyl)-2-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)ethane(3)were isolated from the chloroform extracts of Physochlaina physaloides.Conclusion:Three compounds were isolated from Physochlaina phsaloides for the first time.
