摘  要:针对激光二极管(LD)光源光束窄、发散角小、出光功率受阻和对准困难等问题,提出了一种基于商业蓝光发光二极管(LED)的深海高速无线光通信系统,并对系统在10 m、50 m的一类海水信道中分别进行实验与仿真。结果表明:为了保证系统误码率低于10^(-3),当水下信道长10 m时,数据传输速率可达500 Mb/s;当水下信道长50 m时,数据传输速率可达20 Mb/s。Aiming at the problems of narrow beam,small divergence angle,blocked output power and difficult alignment of laser diode(LD)light source,a deep sea high-speed wireless optical communication system based on commercial blue light emitting diode(LED)is proposed,and the system is tested and simulated in a kind of seawater channel of 10 m and 50 m respectively.The experimental and simulation results show that,in order to ensure the bit error rate of the system is less than 10^(-3),when the underwater channel is 10 m long,the data transmission rate can reach 500 Mb/s,and when the underwater channel is 50 m long,the data transmission rate can reach 20 Mb/s.
