摘  要:为实现人体体温的无接触、快速以及高精度的测量,设计一种带温差校正功能的非接触式测温系统。该系统采用FPGA作为核心处理器,硬件模块主要包括MLX90614红外测温模块、HC-SR04超声波测距模块、PCB报警灯组模块以及无线串口模块。通过Verilog语言实现各硬件模块和不同距离下的温差校正,同时利用无线串口将测温、测距数据实时发送到PC端进行显示。实验结果表明,在距被测物体2~30 cm测温的最大相对误差为-0.98%,在最远距离处最大误差为-0.3℃,误差波动小。In order to realize the non-contact,fast and high-precision measurement of human body temperature.Design a non-contact temperature measurement system with temperature difference correction function.The system uses Field Programmable Gate Array as the core processor,and the hardware modules mainly include MLX90614 infrared temperature measuring module,HC-SR04 ultrasonic ranging module,PCB alarm lamp set module and wireless serial port module.Verilog language is used to realize the hardware modules and temperature difference correction at different distances.At the same time,the wireless serial port is used to send the temperature measurement and distance measurement data to the PC for real-time display.The experimental results show that the maximum relative error of temperature measurement is -0.98% within 2~30 cm from the measured object,and the maximum error is -0.3℃at the farthest distance and the error fluctuation is small.
