摘 要:电气自动化产品或装备内部的芯线通路检测是通电前必要的验证环节,针对电气控制装置接口数量多、逻辑关系复杂、电气指标多样、测点间双向差异等特点,手动、半自动检测方式存在操作困难、效率低、重复性差等问题。提出了以16位处理器为核心的模块化可扩展自动检测系统,通过巧妙的电路设计,用Atmega64收发指令和信号实现通道选择并完成数字模拟信号的采集。实际应用表明,该技术可自动完成复杂电气控制产品等特殊电路的通断测试、阻抗压降测试、单向器件测试等功能,测点间可任意切换、双向验证,每块板卡通断测点组合多达4096种,模拟量测点组合可达64种,还可级联最多8块板卡扩展测试通道。Core path detection inside electrical automation products or equipment is a necessary verification link before power is switched on.Aiming at the characteristics of the large number of electrical control device interfaces,complex logical relationships,diverse electrical indicators,and two-way differences between measuring points.Manual and semi-automatic detection methods have problems such as difficulty in operation,low efficiency,and poor repeatability.A modular and expandable automatic detection system with a 16 bit processor as the core is proposed.Through clever circuit design,Atmega64 sends and receives instructions and signals to achieve channel selection and digital analog signal acquisition.Experimental applications show that the technology can automatically complete electric control device circuit on-off testing,impedance voltage drop testing,one-way device testing and other functions.The measurement points can be switched at will,two-way verification.Each board cartoon off-test point combination up to 4096 kinds,analog measurement point combination up to 64 kinds,can also cascade up to 8 board expansion test channels.
