摘  要:目的掌握实施健康促进学校建设前后,湖南省长沙市中小学生健康素养具备率的变化,为学生健康素养干预工作提供依据。方法2019年3月-2020年12月,采用多阶段整群抽样方法,调查开展健康促进活动的学校部分学生干预前后健康素养具备率,根据学生总体健康素养具备率从不同方面、不同维度评价干预效果。结果小学生总体健康素养具备率干预前后分别为73.5%和73.2%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.005,P>0.05);初中生(χ^(2)=34.871)、高中生(χ^(2)=24.529)分别由干预前的62.3%和38.3%上升至干预后的84.2%和55.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同方面和不同维度的健康素养中,干预前后小学生3个方面及3个维度的健康素养具备率均无明显改变(P>0.05),初中生健康知识与理念、健康技能2个方面以及安全应急、卫生保健和疾病防治3个维度的健康素养具备率均高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后高中生健康知识与理念、健康技能、健康行为3个方面和科学健康观、传染病防治、慢性病防治、安全与急救、基本医疗和健康信息6个维度的健康素养具备率均高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康促进学校建设对学生的健康知识和行为有明显的促进作用,有效地提升了学生健康素养具备率,是一种行之有效的良好形式和载体。Objective To grasp the changes of the overall rate of health literacy in primary and middle school students before and after the implementation of health promotion of school construction in Changsha,so as to provide the basis for the intervention of health literacy in students.Methods The multi-stage cluster sampling method was taken for investigating the overall rate of health literacy before and after intervention in the students from the schools conducted the health promotion activities from March,2019 to December,2020.The intervention effect was evaluated from different aspects and dimensions according to the totally overall rate of health literacy.Results The totally overall rate of health literacy of students was73.5%and 73.2%in the primary schools before and after the intervention,without statistical difference(χ^(2)=0.005,P>0.05),increased from 62.3%to 84.2%in the junior schools(χ^(2)=34.871),and increased from 38.3%to 55.8%in the high schools(χ^(2)=24.529),with statistical difference(P<0.05).In different aspects and dimensions of health literacy,there was no significant change in the rate of health literacy in three aspects and three dimensions among primary school students before and after the intervention(all P>0.05).The overall rates of health literacy in the 2 aspects of health knowledge,ideas and skills,and the 3 dimensions of the literacy of safety emergency,health care and disease prevention and treatment were higher in the students from primary school after the intervention than the before,with statistical difference(all P<0.05),and that in the 3 aspects of health knowledge,ideas,skills and behaviors,and the 6 dimensions of scientific view of health,prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and chronic diseases,safety and first aid,basic medical and health information higher in the students from high school after the intervention than the before,with statistical difference(all P<0.05).Conclusions The health promotion of school construction obviously promotes the health knowledge and beha
