摘  要:通过TiO_(2)协同凹凸棒土(AT)构筑微纳米粗糙结构,以聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)为低表面能物质成功制备了具有光催化功能的超疏水涂层(AT/TiO_(2)@PDMS),研究了不同掺量的AT对涂层表面润湿性和光催化性能的影响。结果表明:AT/TiO_(2)@PDMS涂层表面的润湿角均大于150°,当AT掺量为75%(质量分数)时,接触角可达165°;汞灯照射11 h后,25%AT掺量的涂层对罗丹明的降解率最高为94%,且涂层的超疏水性几乎保持不变。这表明该涂层具有良好的光催化性和化学稳定性。此外,该涂层具有基材适用性,可涂覆于各种基材。对生活中一些常见液滴以及强酸/碱性液体在涂层表面的润湿性也进行了测试,发现涂层对这些液滴均具有优异的防护作用。Tafel测试结果表明,涂层具有良好的耐腐蚀性。自清洁和防污测试结果说明涂层具有一定的自清洁作用和防污性能。经过燃烧实验测试,该涂层还表现出优异的阻燃性能,且燃烧后仍显示出超疏水性。TiO_(2) and attapulgite(AT)were used to construct micro-/nano-structures,and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)was used as a low surface energy material to prepare the superhydrophobic photocatalytic coating(AT/TiO_(2)@PDMS).The effect of AT amount on the wettability and photocatalytic performance of the coatings was investigated.The results show that the wetting angle of AT/TiO_(2)@PDMS coating is more than 150° and the contact angle can reach 165° when AT content is 75%(in mass fraction).After exposure to mercury lamp for 11 h,the degradation rate of rhodamine by 25% AT is 94%,and the superhydrophobicity of the coating almost unchanges,indicating that the coating has good photocatalytic activity and anti UV linearity.In addition,the coating has a substrate applicability,which can be applied to various substrates.The wettability on the surface of the coating with some common droplets and acid/alkaline solutions was examined,showing that the coating has a protective effect on these droplets and solutions.The results by Tafel test show that the coating has a good corrosion resistance.Based on the results by self-cleaning and antifouling tests,the coating has a certain cleaning effect and an antifouling performance.In addition,the coating also shows superior flame retardancy and superhydrophobicity after combustion.
