Optimization on Velocity Field and Ash Concentration Field in Flue Gas Duct Critical Sections of SCR Denitration System

摘  要:为解决某电厂350 MW机组选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统烟道速度场紊乱、积灰磨损等问题,对水平烟道扩张段的导流板进行优化,在整流格栅上方转弯处新增导流板,调整2个关键部位导流板的数量、长度及倾斜角度,并采用数值模拟方法对优化前后的速度场和灰浓度场进行对比分析。结果表明:适当调整烟道导流板的数量、长度和倾斜角度,可有效提高速度分布和灰浓度分布的均匀性;采用最佳优化方案后,烟道系统总压力损失下降129 Pa,下降了17.7%,优化效果显著。To solve the problem of the disorder velocity field,ash accumulation and wear of the flue gas duct in selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration system of a 350 MW power plant,comparisons and analyses were conducted on the velocity field and the ash concentration field before and after optimization by numerical simulations with following schemes,such as optimizing the guide plates in the extended section of the horizontal flue gas duct,adding the guide plates in the corner above the rectifying grille,and adjusting the number,length and tilt angle of the guide plates in above two critical sections.Results show that the velocity distribution and the ash concentration distribution both can be improved by adjusting the number,length and tilt angle of the guide plates.After taking the optimum scheme,the total pressure loss of the flue system is decreased by 129 Pa,or 17.7%,which presents a significant optimization effect.
