摘  要:对某电厂660 MW机组超超临界对冲燃烧锅炉在42%、35%、30%额定负荷下开展了低负荷不投油运行的试验研究。结果表明:低负荷下锅炉均能保证稳燃,转向室烟气温度没有明显下降趋势,选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝系统入口烟气温度能满足脱硝要求;随着负荷的下降,锅炉效率变化不大,但汽轮机热耗及供电煤耗明显上升,严重影响机组经济性;低负荷下,受热面壁温均在安全范围内。Taking a supercritical opposed firing boiler of a 660 MW unit in a power plant as the research object,experiments and researches were conducted on the low load operation without oil under 42%,35%and 30%rated load,respectively.Results show that the boiler combustion can stay at a stable condition under all operation low loads,and the flue gas temperature of the steering chamber has no obvious downward trend,while the inlet flue gas temperature of the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitration system can meet the requirement of denitration.With the decrease of the load,there is no obvious change on the boiler efficiency,but both of the heat consumption of the turbine and the power supply coal consumption increase obviously,which has a serious effect on the unit economy.Under low loads,the wall temperatures are within the safe range.
