左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合地屈孕酮对围绝经期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者的疗效及血清性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合地屈孕酮对围绝经期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者疗效及血清性激素水平的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2020年9月在我院进行治疗的100例围绝经期排卵障碍异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,将100例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统进行治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合地屈孕酮进行治疗,对比两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率以及血清MMP水平、血清性激素水平。结果观察组治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清MMP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清性激素水平较对照组有明显的改善(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对围绝经期排卵障碍子宫异常出血的患者采用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统联合地屈孕酮治疗能降低患者不良反应发生率,调节血清性激素水平,具有更好的治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of levonorgestrel IUD system combined with ditroxyprogesterone on the efficacy and serum sex hormone level in patients with dysovulation disorder uterine bleeding during perimenopause.Methods A total of 100 cases of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding with ovulation disorder treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects,and 100 cases were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine system,while the observation group was treated with didroxyprogesterone combined with levonorgestrel on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and serum MMP level serum sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum MMP level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum sex hormone level of the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levonorgestrel intrauterine system combined with didroxyprogesterone can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and regulate the level of serum sex hormones in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulation disorder in perimenopausal period,which has better therapeutic effect.
