改善恢复期精神分裂症患者社会技能和生活质量的护理方式分析

摘　　要：目的了解改善恢复期精神分裂症患者社会技能和生活质量的护理方式。方法将我院2018年2月至2019年2月恢复期精神分裂症患者100例,随机分组,常规护理组就诊患者采取常规护理,针对性护理组对本次就诊患者采取针对性护理。比较两组恢复期精神分裂症护理总有效率;患者对护理工作的满意度;护理前后患者SF-36简明健康量表中生理机能、角色生理、心理健康、躯体疼痛、社会机能、角色心理状况、活力和主观健康评分;社会功能缺陷筛选量表SDSS评分。结果针对性护理组恢复期精神分裂症护理总有效率高于常规护理组,P<0.05。针对性护理组患者对护理工作的满意度高于常规护理组,P<0.05。两组的SF-36简明健康量表中生理机能、角色生理、心理健康、躯体疼痛、社会机能、角色心理状况、活力和主观健康评分中,在护理之前无显著差异,P>0.05。针对性护理组SF-36简明健康量表中生理机能、角色生理、心理健康、躯体疼痛、社会机能、角色心理状况、活力和主观健康评分均高于常规护理组,P<0.05。两组的社会功能缺陷筛选量表SDSS评分中,在护理之前无显著差异,P>0.05。在护理之后,针对性护理组社会功能缺陷筛选量表SDSS评分低于常规护理组,P<0.05。结论针对性护理对于恢复期精神分裂症患者的护理效果良好,相对于常规护理组患者可更快更好地改善患者的生活质量,提高其社会技能和满意度。Objective To understand the nursing methods to improve the social skills and quality of life of the convalescent schizophrenics.Methods One hundred patients with schizophrenia in recovery period from February 2018 to February 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the routine nursing group received routine nursing and the patients in the targeted nursing group received targeted nursing.The total effective rate of nursing in convalescent schizophrenics of the two groups was compared;the patients'satisfaction with nursing work was compared;the scores of physiological function,role physiology,mental health,physical pain,social function,role psychological status,vitality and subjective health in SF-36 concise health scale of patients before and after nursing were compared;and the scores of SDSS were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the targeted nursing group was higher than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the targeted nursing group was higher than that in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,role physiology,mental health,physical pain,social function,role psychology,vitality and subjective health between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The scores of physiological function,role physiology,mental health,physical pain,social function,role psychology,vigor and subjective health in SF-36 simple health scale of the targeted nursing group were higher than those in the routine nursing group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SDSS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,SDSS score of the specific nursing group was lower than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing on convalescent schizophrenic patients is good.Compared with the conventional nursing group,the patients'quality of life can be improved faster and better,and their social skills and satisfaction can be
