摘　　要：目的研究分析曲美他嗪对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者心功能及心率变异性(HRV)的影响与临床意义。方法将240例缺血性心肌病患者随机分为对照组与观察组,120例对照组患者接受抗心力衰竭常规治疗,120例观察组患者在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,采用心脏功能的相关指数进行表达。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为90.00%,显著高于对照组(73.33%)(P<0.01);治疗后两组心功能均显著改善,但观察组LVEDD显著小于对照组,LVEF、SU及HRV显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪在治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疾病当中效果十分显著,具有较高的应用价值和推广价值,适合在临床进行实施和开展。Objective To study the effect and clinical significance of trimetazidine on cardiac function and heart rate variability(HRV)in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.Methods Two hundred and forty patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.One hundred and sixteen patients in the control group received conventional anti heart failure treatment,and 124 patients in the observation group were treated with trimetazidine on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared,and the related index of heart function was used to express.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.01);after treatment,the cardiac function of the two groups were significantly improved,but the LVEDd of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the LVEF,SU and HRV of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine has a significant effect in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy and heart failure,which has high application value and promotion value,and is suitable for clinical implementation and development.
