摘 要:目的探究无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效观察。方法选择辽阳市第二人民医院收治的96例慢性阻塞性肺合并呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,时间为2018年7月至2019年7月,随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用无创呼吸机,对照组采用常规治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率95.83%,高于对照组79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组喘憋、咳嗽、湿啰音与哮鸣音等症状缓解时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组肺功能SVC、FVC、ERV、IRV改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率4.17%,低于对照组18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者中给予无创呼吸机治疗,能够对呼吸衰竭情况进行显著改善,在临床上的应用价值较高。Objective To explore the efficacy of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory.Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with noninvasive ventilator and the control group was treated with routine treatment.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.83%,which was higher than 79.17%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relief time of asthma,cough,wet rale and wheezing in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of SVC,FVC,ERV and IRV in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.17%,lower than 18.75%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Giving non-invasive ventilator therapy to patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure can significantly improve the condition of respiratory failure and has high clinical application value.
