冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦用于治疗急性心力衰竭的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析急性心力衰竭同时采用冻干重组人脑利钠肽以及左西孟旦进行治疗取得的疗效。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月本院82例急性心力衰竭患者,随机分组,对照组41例采用冻干重组人脑利钠肽进行治疗,联合组在对照组基础上同时给予左西孟旦治疗,观察其应用效果。结果联合组LVEDV、LVESV以及LVEF与对照组相比差异明显,P<0.05;用药后联合组和对照组的呼吸困难评分分别为(1.60±0.42)分和(2.79±0.66)分,对比差异明显,P<0.05;联合组不良反应发生率为19.51%,稍高于对照组的14.63%,但两组对比无明显差异,P>0.05。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽以及左西孟旦同时应用于急性心力衰竭临床治疗应用效果明显。Objective To analyze the efficacy of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide and levosimendan in the treatment of acute heart failure.Methods Eighty-two patients with acute heart failure in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into two groups.Forty-one patients in the control group were treated with lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide.The combined group was treated with levosimendan on the basis of the control group,and the application effect was observed.Results There were significant differences in LVEDV,LVESV and LVEF between the combined group and the control group(P<0.05).The dyspnea scores of the combined group and the control group were(1.60±0.42)and(2.79±0.66),respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined group was 19.51%,slightly higher than that in the control group(14.63%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups.The difference was P>0.05.Conclusion Lyophilized human brain natriuretic peptide and levosimendan have been used in the clinical treatment of acute heart failure.
