摘 要:目的对照分析凝聚胺技术应用于输血检验时具备的临床价值。方法选取我院2019年8月至2020年8月收治的1500例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,分别接受凝聚胺技术检验法与盐水检验法,比对两组患者输血检验阳性率、准确度、灵敏度。结果观察组患者输血检验阳性检出率、准确度、灵敏度分别为14.93%、96.00%、95.07%,均高于对照组的4.27%、86.00%、82.00%(P<0.05)。结论在输血检验时,应用凝聚胺技术的准确度高于盐水检验法。Objective To compare and analyze the value of condensed amine technology in blood transfusion test.Methods One thousand five hundred patients treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.They received coagulant amine test and saline test respectively.The positive rate,accuracy and sensitivity of blood transfusion test were compared between the two groups.Results The positive detection rate,accuracy and sensitivity of blood transfusion test in the observation group were 14.93%,96.00%and 95.07%respectively,which were higher than 4.27%,86.00%and 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the blood transfusion test,the accuracy of condensed amine technique is higher than that of saline test.
