复方甘草口服溶液联合复方甲氧那明治疗肺切除术后持续咳嗽的有效性

摘　　要：目的探究复方甘草口服溶液联合复方甲氧那明治疗肺切除术后持续咳嗽的有效性。方法选择时间为2019年7月至2021年7月,我院收治的肺切除术后持续咳嗽患者200例,依据不同治疗方式随机分为观察组(复方甘草口服溶液联合复方甲氧那明治疗)及对照组(单用复方甲氧那明治疗),各组100例。比较两组患者的临床疗效、咳嗽评分和消失时间、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分。结果观察组的社会、环境、躯体和心理等生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总疗效95例(95.00%)高于对照组70例(70.00%)(P<0.05);观察组的胃肠道反应、皮疹、嗜睡等不良反应总发生率3例(3.00%)显著低于对照组4例(4.00%)(P<0.05);观察组的咳嗽症状消失时间和取得的咳嗽评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对肺切除术后持续咳嗽患者,通过采用复方甘草口服溶液联合复方甲氧那明治疗方式,能够加速咳嗽消失时间,提升患者的疾病疗效,明显改善疾病预后,降低不良反应发生率,改善生活质量以及患者的咳嗽症状,安全性较高,适合应用于临床推广。Objective To explore the effectiveness of compound licorice oral solution combined with compound methoxyphenamine in the treatment of persistent cough after pneumonectomy.Methods Two hundred patients with persistent cough after pneumonectomy in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into observation group(compound licorice oral solution combined with compound methoxyamine)and control group(compound methoxyamine alone),100 cases each group.The clinical efficacy,cough score and disappearance time,incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of social,environmental,physical and psychological quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total curative effect of 95 cases(95.00%)in the observation group was higher than that of 70 cases(70.00%)in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of gastrointestinal reactions,rash,drowsiness and other adverse reactions in the observation group was 3 cases(3.00%)significantly lower than 4 cases(4.00%)in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough symptoms and cough score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with persistent cough after pneumonectomy,the treatment of compound licorice oral solution combined with compound methoxyphenamine can accelerate the disappearance time of cough,improve the disease curative effect,significantly improve the disease prognosis,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life and the cough symptoms of patients.It has high safety and is suitable for clinical promotion.
