优质护理应用于急性腹膜炎患者治疗中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理在急性腹膜炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法研究中从我院2017年9月至2018年9月接受的急性腹膜炎患者中选78例。根据双盲分组原理将患者分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均39例。对照组患者采用常规性护理措施,观察组患者实施优质护理方法。对比不同护理措施对患者治疗的影响。结果经统计,对照组患者护理满意度为76.92%,低于观察组的94.87%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义;观察并比较两组患者首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间和住院时间,观察组患者的各项时间指标均短于对照组,检验两组患者的各项数据P<0.05,符合统计学意义;对照两组患者并发症发生率,观察组低于对照组,检验数据P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论为急性腹膜炎患者提供优质护理服务,可明显提高患者临床护理满意度,还可促进患者各项症状改善,减少并发症发生,缩短住院时间,临床效果较好。Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing in the treatment of acute peritonitis.Methods Seventy-eight patients with acute peritonitis were selected from our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018.According to the principle of double blind grouping,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 39 patients in both groups.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while the patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing methods.The effect of different nursing measures on the treatment of patients was compared.Results According to statistics,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 76.92%,lower than 94.87%in the observation group,and the data of the two groups were tested,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The first defecation time,recovery time of bowel sounds,first exhaust time and hospitalization time of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.The time indicators of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the data of patients in the two groups were tested(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing high quality nursing service for patients with acute peritonitis can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing,promote the improvement of patients'symptoms,reduce complications,shorten hospitalization time,and have a better clinical effect.
