系统化护理干预对老年肾病综合征生存质量的临床影响

摘　　要：目的分析系统化护理干预对老年肾病综合征生存质量的临床影响。方法选择本院2019年9月至2020年9月收治的老年肾病综合征患者60例,按照奇偶法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者接受基础护理,观察组患者接受系统化护理,观察两组患者护理满意度及护理后生存质量。结果观察组及对照组患者护理满意度分别为90.00%、66.67%,观察组高于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后生理机能、生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、活力、情感职能、精神健康、整体健康评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论系统化护理干预能够有效提升老年肾病综合征患者护理满意度,拉进护患关系,改善患者生存质量。Objective To analyze the clinical impact of systematic nursing intervention on the quality of life of elderly nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome who were admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the odd-even method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received basic nursing,and the patients in the observation group received systematic nursing.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life after nursing were observed in the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 90.00%and 66.67%,respectively.The observation group was higher than the control group,and the data difference was significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,social function,vitality,emotional function,mental health,and overall health of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with nephrotic syndrome,pull in the nurse-patient relationship,and improve the quality of life of patients.
