个性化护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖及妊娠结局的影响分析

摘　　要：目的针对个性化护理干预对妊娠糖尿病患者血糖及妊娠结局的影响开展深入分析,判断个性化护理干预在临床上的价值。方法选取我院2019年12月至2020年12月收治的妊娠糖尿病患者100例,在其同意参与研究的前提下,设为研究对象,根据其入院时间排序,单数50例设置为研究组,给予个性化护理干预;双数50例设置为参照组,给予常规护理干预。观察一段时间后两组患者的血糖情况以及妊娠结局,由此得到两种护理方式的不同护理结局。结果参照组的血糖情况高于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组的不良妊娠结局发生率高于研究组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠糖尿病患者行个性化护理干预取得了更为理想临床结局,此护理方式适用于妊娠糖尿病患者的临床推广。Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the impact of personalized nursing intervention on blood glucose and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes,and to determine the clinical value of personalized nursing intervention.Methods Select 100 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020,and set them as research subjects on the premise that they agree to participate in the study.Sort according to their admission time,and set the odd 50 cases as the research group.Individualized nursing intervention was given;50 cases of even number were set as the reference group,and routine nursing intervention was given.Observe the blood glucose situation and pregnancy outcome of the two groups of patients after a period of time,and obtain the different nursing outcomes of the two nursing methods.Results The blood glucose of the reference group was higher than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the reference group was higher than that in the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for gestational diabetes patients has achieved more ideal clinical outcomes.This nursing method is suitable for clinical promotion of gestational diabetes patients.
