脑梗死恢复期患者应用卧式康复护理的效果

摘　　要：目的观察不同康复护理方案在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果,以检验卧式康复护理实施的有效性、可行性。方法选择2017年2月至2018年8月收治的46例脑梗死患者,均处于恢复期,23例采用传统康复护理(Ⅰ组),另23例实施卧式康复护理(Ⅱ组),对比两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者Fegl-Mevver积分与Barthel指数均上升,NIHSS评分均降低,Ⅱ组患者以上三项指标改善效果比Ⅰ组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组护理满意度分别为65.22%、91.30%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对病情进入恢复期的脑梗死患者实施卧式康复护理干预能提升肢体运动能力、生活自理能力,并促进受损神经的恢复,优化临床护理服务质量。Objective To observe the application effect of different rehabilitation nursing schemes in the convalescence period of cerebral infarction in order to test the effectiveness and feasibility of horizontal rehabilitation nursing.Methods A total of 46 patients with cerebral infarction admitted from February 2017 to August 2018 were in convalescence,23 patients were treated with traditional rehabilitation care(groupⅠ),and 23 patients were treated with horizontal rehabilitation care(groupⅡ),and the results of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the Fegl-Mevver score and Barthel index of the two groups of patients both increased,and the NIHSS scores were reduced.The improvement effect of the above three indicators in groupⅡpatients was more obvious than that in groupⅠ,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of groupⅠand groupⅡwas 65.22%and 91.30%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of horizontal rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction who are in the recovery period can improve the motor ability of the limbs,the ability of self-care in life,and promote the recovery of damaged nerves,and optimize the quality of clinical nursing services.
